Are all the products on the site available?
Yes. We make sure to remove products which are out of stock. However, if you've ordered something out of stock, we'll contact you immediately with an alternative offer/refund, whichever you prefer. We're more than happy to help you choose an alternative product!
What appears on the Credit / Pay Pal charge?
The only thing that'll appear on your PayPal/credit card charge is the business name, "Yagiv Products".
There are no identifyers for the type of store or products you've purchased.
Is it possible to pay in installments?
Yes, through "Fluffy" in accordance with the payment policy or by telephone.
In order to pay in installments on the site, select the "Number of installments" option under "Payment details".
If you want to pay in a different number of payments, you can call the store and make a phone transaction after receiving the order number you made on the website.
What is written on the envelope?

How are the deliveries made?

Is it possible to return a product?
You can return your purchase as long as the product isn't sterile. Sterile products are those which touch the mouth, eyes, nose, and groin.
Returns must be made within 10 business days of the purchase and you'll be charged for the delivery back to the store.
What happens if there is a fault in the product?
Their products have a warranty from the manufacturer or importer, repaired or replaced at no cost, other than shipping the product back to the store.

What happens if a product I purchased arrived incorrectly?
We will replace it with a new product.
Will I receive promotional mail?
No. Not by regular mail or e-mail. We want you to browse our site only if and when you want .
After purchasing a party ticket on the website, you will receive an update only regarding the parties of the type for which you purchased a ticket.
If you don't wantt to receive updates about additional parties, indicate this under "Comments" when purchasing the ticket.
How do I redeem the ticket I purchased for the party on the website?
After purchasing the ticket, a 4-digit order number will appear on the website. This number is actually your "entrance ticket" to the party. It's important to know it when coming to the party.
We'll send you an order confirmation by e-mail, so it's important that the email address you enter is correct. Your order number will also be listed there.
Is it possible to cancel the party ticket after the purchase?
The ticket can be canceled until 17:00 on the evening of the party. A 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. You can also request to move the ticket to the next party without cancellation fees.
Is it possible to deliver abroad?
Yes, depending on the destination country and delivery time.
